Matira Developments was established in 2015, operating as a Sunshine Coast family owned and operated based business. Here at Matira we provide services from knockdown rebuilds to designing your very own custom home in all shapes and sizes. We pride ourselves on using quality materials and trades with our high standard of design and build been consistently recognised via winning a variety of awards over the years.
Our passionate team is here to guide you every step of the way from the very first site assessment through the design phase, colour/ material selections and build process right up to putting the doormat down on move in day. Meet your Builder
I am Alyssa Pepper, Founder, Builder and Designer of MATIRA Developments. I’m a born and bred country girl, from the Riverina district of NSW where I grew up on my parents farm and then moved to Queensland in 2004. I have a long history in the construction industry in both the Commercial and Residential sectors.
We are a small family-owned business based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. My husband, Matt, the Accountant, works alongside us in the company. And yes the roles are reversed compared to your traditional small family-owned building company.
My passion is helping people achieve their dream homes, on budget and on time without compromising on design or quality. I love working alongside and educating people through one of the most significant financial and emotional journeys of their life. Sometimes building your own home may only occur once in your lifetime, so it may as well be fun instead of stressful.
